Attention: Due to an increased amount of complaints the Seymour Police Department will be strictly enforcing the Ordinance that states any property owner / renter that has a sidewalk on their property has 12 hours to remove snow and ice after a storm. Repeat complaints may result in a citation. (City Ordinance 50-62-4)

Attention: Due to an increased amount of complaints the Seymour Police Department will be strictly enforcing the Ordinance / State Law stating that no one may move the snow from their driveway into the roadway. Citations will be issued to repeat offenders. (City Ordinance 50-35(a)(1))
