On Friday, December 14, 2012 at 2234 hours the Seymour Police Department with the assistance of the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Department responded to the 1200 block of Trailside Terrace for a complaint of an underage drinking party in progress. The participants inside the residence failed to respond to the Officers. Contact was made with the resident of the dwelling not present at the dwelling. Access for the Officers to enter the dwelling was granted by the resident and access was obtained by the Officers. The participants of the on-going party were processed and of the 26 juveniles and young adults present 20 were issued citations for underage consumption. Of the 20 subjects issued citations for underage consumption 2 of the subjects have been issued citations for a 2nd. Offense and 1 of the subjects have been issued a citation for a 3rd. offense. Additionally, 1 subject was issued a citation for 1 count of underage consumption, and was booked in the Outagamie County Jail for 2 counts of obstructing an Officer and 1 count of Disorderly Conduct. The investigation further led the reporting Officer Fuller to the offender that provided the beverages to the underage subjects. This subject has been issued a citation for providing the underage subjects as well.
